Before there was code, there was a stage. Toby spent years as a professional musician and producer before founding iRock, a music school that grew into a industry-wide recognised brand. That journey taught him something most developers never learn: how to build a brand that people connect with emotionally. When he pivoted into software engineering, he brought that creative instinct with him. Now he leads every project with a rare combination of design intuition, technical depth, and an understanding of what makes a business memorable.
